I just want to tell anyone considering joining Camden ATA... GO FOR IT! I started Taekwondo in my late 40's. I am a Polio survivor and have many weaknesses. I was able to work out for over 20 years and loved every minute of it. I had to stop because of Post-Polio- Syndrome. I believe it is the best possible exercise, both physical and mental, for any age person and I know of no better instructors than the Trisollinis.

Well, my first message was just for Mrs. T, but this one is for everyone else . I first joined the ATA (Taekwondo) in the early '90's. I reached the rank of green belt and then "life" happened. I have since returned "home" and brought my daughter with me. The ATA is an awesome place for the family. We're both in Taekwondo and we're loving it! The Trisollini's are the best!! Addison has learned discipline, respect (both for herself and for others), self control, honor, and loyalty. I can attest that THIS school and my instructors (Mrs. T and Mr. Geoff) give such positive reinforcement that we all can't help but become better people. We learn, we have fun, but most of all, we're in a positive environment. What more can you ask for? If your checking out this site and are not a member already, I stongly encourage you to join. You won't regret it!!!

I originally approached Geoff want-ing to learn some quick self-defence "moves" after being confronted by 2 men over a repossession. And let me tell you, the thought of having to fight with 2 guys is scarry!! He explaned the best "move" is to be in shape, and the rest would come with training.Recently, I was literally attacked by a man that had blocked the river bridge on Hwy 82 with his other car. With the training I have received from Geoff & MRS T I was able to control him & put him on the ground QUICK! & hold him there until the police arrived. He was arrested on drug charges & his other car towed. I FELT LIKE SUPERMAN!!!!! THANKS THANKS A MILLION

Hey Everyone! It looks like you've all been doing some amazing work since I've left, and I wish I could see more of it first hand. I just wanted to let you know that you should appreciate your instructors, because you'd be facing an insanely difficult task to find better. The staff is fabulous, and the dynamic between students at the school is something that I haven't found anywhere else. Keep up the great work and keep setting great goals for yourself as a person and for the tea kwon do school that you are now representing. You can help it grow and change.
